What is Nuva made from?

Nuva is made from all natural ingredients including erythritol, a natural occurring sweetener in fruits and vegetables; inulin, a natural vegetable fiber that promotes good digestion; stevia Rebaudiana with Reb A extract, the most pure and best-tasting part of the stevia leaf; and natural flavorings.

Is Stevia safe?

Japan has been using Stevia Rebaudiana commercially for more than three decades, and today, stevia represents 40 percent of the country's low or zero-calorie sweetener market. This sweetener has been used for hundreds of years in South America and is gradually finding its way into the homes of millions around the world.

How is Nuva better than sugar?
